How Do I Download and Install eFax Messenger?

Downloading our eFax Messenger ® software is fast and easy. Free with your eFax Plus ® or eFax Pro™ account, eFax Messenger allows you to view, sign, create and save your faxes from any computer.

Quick Tip: If you haven’t already, sign up for an eFax Plus or eFax Pro account. Signing up is fast & easy and is required for use of eFax Messenger. Get started today.

Installing eFax Messenger ® on Windows

1. If you haven’t already, sign up for an eFax Plus or eFax Pro account.
2. Click Download eFax Messenger for Windows.
3. Click Save File, when prompted.
4. In the Save As window, select the location where the installation file will be downloaded.
5. Click Save.
6. Navigate to the file location where the downloaded file was saved.
7. Double click the installation file to run it and follow the on-screen instructions to install eFax Messenger ® .
